Turkey's cable rod exports down 2.1 percent in January-September

According to the information offered by the Turkish Statistical Institute (TUIK), in September this year Turkey's cable pole exports raised by 20.6 percent year on year to 157,795 metric bunches, up 7.3 percent compared to the previous month. The earnings from these exports amounted to $106.75 million, up 4.5 percent month on month and lowering by 1.1 percent compared to the very same month of 2021. At the same time, in the January-September period of this year, Turkey's cable rod exports totaled up to 1.06 million metric heaps, down 2.1 percent year on year, while the revenue created by these exports totaled $850.23 million, enhancing by 10.2 percent compared to the same period of 2021. In the offered period, Turkey's largest cable rod export destination was Israel which received 226,974 metric bunches.
